Implementation of e-DAS (Drawing Approval System) in Northern Railway

This project posed significant challenges due to the complexity and time-intensive nature of the existing drawing approval process. Our expert team closely collaborated with Railway S&T officials to understand their exact requirements and streamline the workflow. Through our dedicated efforts, we successfully contributed to simplifying and expediting the S&T drawing approval system.

By aligning our approach with the expectations of the S&T department and maintaining strong coordination throughout the project, we ensured smooth execution. In recognition of our commitment and performance, the networking work for the newly constructed Gati Shakti Building was subsequently awarded to us as a variation under the same tender.

Our team, comprising skilled Engineers, Supervisors, Fitters, and Helpers, possesses the expertise required to execute complex installation and commissioning works, including the integration of signalling systems with Electronic Interlocking. We have successfully carried out intricate execution activities in high-density, high train-frequency yards within Northern Railway, where precision and safety are paramount.
These challenging assignments provided us with an excellent platform to demonstrate our technical capability, execution strength, and reliability, thereby establishing strong credibility among senior officials in the Railway S&T domain.

Improvement of Earthing Arrangement of Electronic Interlocking System at Various Yards of Northern Railway

In compliance with the guidelines of Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO), our experts meticulously executed the earthing arrangements for Electronic Interlocking systems. Recognizing that earthing is often overlooked, we placed special emphasis on ensuring robust and reliable grounding practices.

Our approach not only enhances safety but also significantly improves the longevity and protection of critical and high-value signalling systems, safeguarding them against electrical faults and environmental factors.

This project tested the mettle of our resources, as we were required to deliver under the stringent guidelines and timelines of the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL). Adhering strictly to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) established by the Project Management Consultant, our team ensured disciplined execution at every stage.

Through meticulous planning, coordination, and commitment to quality, we successfully delivered the project within the stipulated timeframe, meeting and exceeding the expectations of the officials.

o safeguard high-value S&T materials stored within the Projects Department, our experts designed and implemented a comprehensive surveillance solution ensuring complete coverage of the entire storage area. Special attention was given to eliminate blind spots and secure every corner of the premises.
In addition, we established a robust networking infrastructure to support uninterrupted monitoring, enabling 24/7 visibility of all S&T assets through strategically installed CCTV systems. This integrated approach significantly enhanced security, asset tracking, and overall operational control within the facility.

OFC Communication in 40 km Section Through Horizontal Directional Drilling (Automatic)

Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) connectivity is critical for the efficient functioning of the S&T department. Our team successfully ensured seamless OFC connectivity across a challenging 40 km remote stretch, maintaining high standards of reliability and performance.
Led by experienced professionals, our team executed the complex OFC blowing operations across difficult terrains, including waterlogged areas, ponds, and uneven soil conditions. Despite these challenges, we ensured precision, minimal signal loss, and uninterrupted connectivity, demonstrating our strong execution capability in demanding environments.

Orthomosaic Mapping Services for Railway Infrastructure

We provide high-accuracy Orthomosaic Mapping Services using advanced drone surveying and photogrammetry technologies for railway infrastructure projects. Our orthomosaic maps deliver a seamless, georeferenced aerial image that enables engineers, consultants, contractors, and railway authorities to plan, monitor, and manage projects with exceptional precision.

Orthomosaic mapping combines hundreds of overlapping drone images into a single distortion-free map that can be used for accurate measurements, asset identification, engineering design, and project documentation. Unlike conventional aerial photographs, orthomosaic images are geometrically corrected, making them suitable for CAD, GIS, and engineering applications.
